Shipping and Returns Policies and Procedures

 

RETURNS. Unfortunately BG Tax Forms cannot accept any unauthorized returns. Authorized returns will be issued a 75% credit on merchandise, excluding shipping charges. Returns can only be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Prior approval and return goods (RG) number must be obtained before returning stock. The RG number must be present on the shipping label. A minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or 25%, whichever is greater, will be applied.  We do not accept returns of dated Tax Forms After December 1st of that tax year.


RESTOCKING FEES. If the stock is being returned because of an error made by BG Tax Forms, no charges will be assessed. If stock is returned because of customer error, the return policy will apply.

 

RESHIPMENTS. Reshipments will ship in the same manner as the original order. Our liability is limited to the replacement of forms only. We will not issue credits on duplicated orders because of customer error. All claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. No credit will be issued on reorders due to freight delays (i.e. inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.).

 

SHIPPING. All shipments are shipped from the nearest warehouse with stock available. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the freights have left the warehouse.

 

RUSH SERVICE. All rush orders that are received by 1:00pm (shipping warehouse time zone) will be shipped the same day. In addition to standard shipping charges, a $25.00 rush fee will be assessed for stock forms, per shipping address. Must call if order needs to be shipped the same day of order.

 

CANCELLATION. If an order is cancelled and/or changed before shipping, a $5.00 fee will be assessed. A cancellation is not valid if we do not receive it before the merchandise has shipped.
